Also, related to the finance talk, could you have a conversation about βpay what you canβ or services with a sliding scale form of payment. Iβm new in the counseling/coaching field and especially want to make this service accessible to those with limited financial means. But itβs such a subjective thing, that unless you have a very itemized budget, it can be tough to know what is reasonable. And on the flip side, will those with more cushion be willing to pay more in order to balance the scale?
Iβm gonna need to see this spreadsheet!! I have lots of questions. Like does Ben know you do this? Do you find yourself doing things just for the spreadsheet? What changes have you seen doing it daily versus quarterly?
